About Us
America’s Boating Club® is a registered trademark of United States Power Squadrons®, dedicated to boating safety and education. Our members want to LEARN Boating Skills, ENGAGE with Boating Friends and CONNECT with the Boating Community. America’s Boating Club has over 20,000 members organized into more than 300 squadrons across the country.
America’s Boating Club® – Duluth Squadron is headquartered in Duluth, MN and the Squadron Dock is at the Western end of beautiful Lake Superior near Allouez Bay. We are a local unit of America’s Boating Club, in District 10. We are an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit boating organization that has a common appreciation in educating, promoting and practicing safe boating and water activities. Our members are boaters and non-boaters that want to LEARN, ENGAGE and CONNECT together. America’s Boating Club® – Duluth Squadron contribute to their communities by promoting safe boating and water activities through education to LEARN boating and water activity skills. We ENGAGE with boating and non-boating members and CONNECT with our community by promoting safety on the water. This is accomplished through public and member education as well as performing Vessel Safety Checks (VSC) and other community events. Our boating members enjoy Lake Superior as well as the many inland lakes in Minnesota and Wisconsin. We are a Gold Sponsor in advocating for the St. Louis River Estuary Water Trail. This trail allows paddlers and outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy the abundance of the St. Louis River Estuary. www.stlouisriver.org/national-water-trail
We LEARN, ENGAGE and CONNECT with all our fellow members on and off the water, in the classroom, in the community, and especially at the Squadron Dock.
